# Understanding PAG View vs. Client View

PAG analysts work primarily from the **PAG administrative experience**.

PAG users can also enter a client’s view to see what the customer sees. This is useful for:

- checking client-facing reporting;
- validating what information is visible;
- reviewing contracts and locations from the client perspective;
- confirming client notifications.

When viewing PAGassist as a client, a blue banner identifies that you are viewing the application from that customer’s perspective.

Returning to the PAG view restores the full analyst/admin experience.

**Important:** Impersonation is for review. PAG analysts should continue performing analyst work from the PAG side unless the workflow specifically requires validating client behavior.
